Nguyen Thien Phu was abandoned by his father. When he was only 8 months old, his mother had to go to work in an industrial park in the South, so he lived with his grandparents. With no father, his mother living far away, and often sick, Phu still tried his best to study. He is currently an excellent student for 3 consecutive years.

2 savings books, each worth 5 million VND, are the royalties from the Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman, given to students in difficult circumstances who strive to improve their lives and have good academic achievements.
Up to now, from the royalties of the comrades, we have bought over 70 savings books, each worth from 5 to 10 million VND, supporting the children with more funds to pay tuition, buy books and school supplies.
