On the morning of August 9, comrade Duong Hoang Vu - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Phong district awarded prizes to soldiers participating in clarifying the particularly serious case that just occurred in Dong Son block, Kim Son town, Que Phong district.

According to information reported by Nghe An Newspaper: At 1:00 a.m. on August 8, Kim Son Town Police, Que Phong District received a report that at the home of Mr. V.D.M in Dong Son block, Kim Son Town, Que Phong District, a slashing incident occurred, causing injuries.

Immediately afterwards, the police arrived at the scene and discovered in the bedroom on the second floor of Mr. M's house, Ms. ATĐ (born in 1985) - Mr. M's wife and VNA (born in 2004) - Mr. M's child, lying motionless, with many stab and slash wounds on their bodies and faces. Through verification and zoning, the suspect was identified as Lang Kim The Vinh (born in 2004), residing in Bac Son block, Kim Son town, Que Phong district. After committing the crime, the suspect fled.

At the scene, the police collected shirts and shorts.perpetrator; plastic ropes, tape. In parallel with the work of collecting evidence, Que Phong District Police mobilized all forces to establish 10 working groups to search for the subject in all accessible areas.

The subject went through the forest, waded across Bai Viec River to Chau Tien Commune (Quy Chau District). At 2:10 p.m. on August 8, PC02 Police Department of Nghe An Police, Quy Chau Police and Que Phong Police arrested the subject in Chau Tien Commune, Quy Chau District when the subject was on the way to catch a bus to Vinh City to escape.
