On December 26, 2022, Nghe An Department of Health and Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance have just issued Inter-sectoral Instruction No. 5193/HDLN:YT-BHXH guiding registration for initial medical examination and treatment and referral for medical examination and treatment under health insurance in Nghe An province in 2023.
A notable new point of Inter-sectoral Instruction No. 5193/HDLN:YT-BHXH compared to Inter-sectoral Instruction 6253/HDLN:YT-BHXH (of 2022) is the removal of specific regulations on referral of health insurance examination and treatment for children under 6 years old.
