On August 13, Go Vap District Police, Ho Chi Minh City announced that they had just dismantled a fish shooting game den with the form of gambling for money run by a group of Chinese people, arrested Sin Sui Sang (42 years old) and 6 other suspects to clarify the act of "organizing gambling". In addition, Go Vap District Police also conducted a search for 2 Chinese people to clarify the role of the owner of the above fish shooting game den.

According to information about the incident, on the afternoon of August 10, the reconnaissance teams suddenly inspected the Vuong Mien 666 Entertainment Service Company Limited (No. 14, Phan Van Tri, Ward 7, Go Vap).

Here, the reconnaissance team discovered 15 people gambling for money in the form of fish shooting and animal shooting games. All of these people were brought to the headquarters for clarification. After screening, Go Vap District Police temporarily detained 7 people in the role of organizers at the above location.

Initially, the subjects confessed that the above company was established by Sin Sui Sang in cooperation with two Chinese people named Sinh and Sen, with each person's cooperation capital being 300 million. The company provided entertainment services but in reality it was a gambling business in the form of fish shooting and animal shooting games. Sang, Sen, and Sinh did not directly run the company but hired people to hold positions such as director, translator, manager, cashier, and waiter.

The company of these 3 Chinese people has been operating since the beginning of August 2017, attracting dozens of gamblers every day and operating 24/7. At the time of the inspection, Go Vap District Police seized more than 100 million VND, which the subjects said they shared with the gamblers.
