Summoned 2 parents who assaulted a kindergarten teacher until she fainted
Regarding the case of a kindergarten teacher being assaulted and hospitalized, on July 2, the police sent summons to the two parents involved.
According to the complaint filed by teacher Nguyen Thi Xuan Mai, 21 years old, residing in Duy Chau commune, Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam province, sent to the authorities, the two people who assaulted Ms. Mai until she fainted and had to be hospitalized were Mr. Phan Minh Thuan and Le Tu Quy (Mr. Thuan's brother-in-law), both residing in Dien Thang Trung commune, Dien Ban town. Dien Ban town police also took statements from Ms. Mai and several other witnesses.
As reported, the incident of a parent beating a teacher occurred at the Sen Hong Private Kindergarten in Thanh Quyt village, Dien Thang Trung commune, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province at 5:30 p.m. on June 21. The teacher who was beaten unconscious by the parent and suffered a perforated eardrum was Nguyen Thi Xuan Mai.

On the afternoon of the incident, while Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Mai and other teachers were returning the children, Mr. Phan Minh Thuan, father of Phan Thi Minh Th (a student at the kindergarten), brought the child and asked for the identity of the teacher who was said to have beaten his child, leaving him bruised in the groin. At this time, the teachers at Sen Hong Private School all answered that they had not beaten him, and Mr. Thuan angrily took his child back home.
However, shortly after, he returned with a few others, asking the same question as before (who beat his daughter?).
When Ms. Mai came out of the classroom, Mr. Thuan asked Ms. Mai and thought that this teacher had beaten Th. Mr. Thuan rushed in and beat and kicked Ms. Mai in the face and body, causing her to faint. Ms. Mai was taken to Vinh Duc General Hospital by her colleagues for emergency treatment; then transferred to Da Nang Hospital for treatment.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thu - Principal of Sen Hong Private Kindergarten, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Mai is not the teacher in charge of Mr. Phan Minh Thuan's daughter's class.
Currently, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Mai is being treated at the hospital with a diagnosis of "perforated eardrum".
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ha, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province, said he had directed the police to investigate and clarify the case.
It is known that on June 30, Mr. Phan Minh Thuan's family also went to the hospital to visit and apologize to teacher Nguyen Thi Xuan Mai, hoping for her forgiveness.
