Previously, Huong Son District Police received a report from Mr. Tran The Duong, 29 years old, residing in Block 5, Tay Son Town, Huong Son, about the theft of his black and silver YAMAHA - JUPITER GRAVITA motorbike with license plate 99Y1 - 4914 at his motel.

During the process of collecting evidence, Huong Son District Police clarified that Nguyen Van Su was the perpetrator of the theft of the above mentioned car.

At the investigation agency, Su confessed that at around 7:30 p.m. on January 11, 2018, Nguyen Van Su was on his way home from Son Tay commune, Huong Son along National Highway 8A. When passing by the boarding house of Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan's family (41 years old, residing in block 5, Tay Son town, Huong Son), he discovered Mr. Tran The Duong's motorbike parked in the yard.

Seeing the car left unattended, Su had the idea of ​​stealing the car to use as a means of transportation.

Su went to the location of the motorbike he intended to steal and saw that the ignition was not turned off, so after observing that there was no one around, Su got on the motorbike, started the engine and drove home. When he reached the Da Mong bridge area where Son Kim 1 and Son Kim 2 communes, Huong Son, Su stopped, used a 10-gauge wrench he had with him to remove the license plate and threw it into the Ngan Pho river area below the bridge. After stealing the motorbike, Su used it as his daily means of transportation.

During the extended investigation, Nguyen Van Su initially confessed that in addition to the above-mentioned "Theft of property" (motorbike), on February 26, 2018, Su also stole a female cow, yellow hair, 4 years old, weighing about 55 kg from the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen (56 years old, residing in Quyet Thang village, Son Kim 2 commune, Huong Son).

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Huong Son District Police is completing the case file to handle the subject according to the provisions of law.
