Vinh University celebrates the National Day of Laos and Thailand
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 1, Vinh University held a ceremony to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2018) and the 91st anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand (December 5, 1927 - December 5, 2018).
Attending the event were representatives from the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association, the Vietnam - Thailand Friendship Association and more than 700 Lao and Thai students studying and researching at universities and colleges in the province.

At the ceremony, representatives of the Party Committee and Board of Directors of Vinh University sent best wishes to Lao and Thai students, as well as reviewed the precious tradition of friendship between Vietnam - Laos and Vietnam - Thailand.

The 43rd anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic once again affirms that in the history of international relations from past to present, the special relationship between Vietnam - Laos, Laos - Vietnam is a typical example of the strong, loyal and pure bond between the two peoples.
