Vinh University launches the model 'Peaceful school - Integrated lecture hall'

The model of “Peaceful school - Integrated lecture hall” is one of the highlights of the movement “All people protect national security” to concretize contents such as: Stabilizing internal political security, social order and safety, building safe and civilized lecture halls. In which, the staff, employees and students strictly comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and the State's laws, not allowing complicated incidents and incidents to affect the security, order and quality of teaching and learning of the School.

Speaking at the program, Colonel Le Van Thai - Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police emphasized that in the current context, the model "Peaceful School - Integrated Lecture Hall" is one of the typical models to promote the sense of responsibility in preventing and combating the plot of "Peaceful Evolution", fighting against the arguments distorting Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought of hostile and reactionary forces. At the same time, it effectively prevents and stops the incitement and enticement of civil servants, workers and students to participate in activities against the Party's guidelines, policies and the State's laws, complicating the security and order situation.

The Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department hopes that the school will focus on building and implementing the model effectively and synchronously to promote the strength and role of officials, employees, students, and postgraduates of the school in protecting school security and order. Thereby, encouraging the movement of the whole people to protect national security at the school to develop strongly and comprehensively.

Representing Vinh University, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huy Bang - Rector of Vinh University affirmed that the model "Peaceful school - Integrated lecture hall" has a special meaning as this is the first model to be implemented in Nghe An province.

This is also a practical model to concretize Directive No. 09-CT/TW dated December 1, 2011 of the Central Party Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over the mass movement to protect national security in the new situation"; Plan No. 237 dated July 13, 2021 of Nghe An Provincial Police and Plan No. 76 dated August 13, 2021 of Vinh University.

To implement the model with the highest efficiency, the school has established a Steering Committee to build the model, implementation teams; issued regulations on organization and operation in a systematic manner to promote the ownership, spirit and responsibility of the staff, employees and students at Vinh University in maintaining security and order.

The efforts to implement the model are an important premise in building the right attitude for training and studying, creating a stable and developing environment, aiming to build Vinh University into a smart university, in the top 500 universities in Asia.

On this occasion, the representative of Nghe An Provincial Police, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, presented the National Security Protection Medal to Dr. Nguyen Anh Dung - Director of the Institute of Research and Online Training of Vinh University.

Vinh University launched the Steering Committee, the “Peaceful School – Integrated Lecture Hall” groups and signed a commitment to operate in the coming time. On this occasion, 20 students who contributed to ensuring school security and order were also recognized and rewarded by Vinh University.
