According to the instructions, students will receive age-appropriate psychological counseling on gender, marriage, family, and adolescent reproductive health.
Consulting, educating on skills, cultural behavior, preventing violence, abuse and building a safe, healthy and friendly educational environment.
Counseling to enhance the ability to cope and solve problems arising in relationships with family, teachers, friends and other social relationships.

The school also provides psychological counseling for students who are in need of support, intervention, and timely resolution. It also introduces and supports students to facilities and psychological treatment specialists for cases of students with psychological disorders that are beyond the school's counseling capabilities.
The Ministry of Education and Training stipulates that schools must have a student counseling and support team and arrange for part-time staff and teachers to provide psychological counseling for students. The student counseling and support team consists of a representative of the school leadership as team leader; members are staff and teachers who are part-time psychological counselors, school health workers, staff and teachers in charge of the Youth Union and Young Pioneers, representatives of students' parents and a number of students who are class officers, Youth Union and Young Pioneers officers.
Teachers and staff who are part-time counselors for students must be experienced and trained in professional and psychological counseling (with a certificate in school psychological counseling according to the program issued by the Ministry of Education and Training). Teachers who are part-time counselors are entitled to reduced teaching hours according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The school arranges a separate psychological counseling room, ensuring privacy, confidentiality, easy access and suitability for organizing counseling activities; equipping facilities, equipment, documents and learning materials necessary to ensure the implementation of counseling tasks.
There are many forms of psychological counseling for students that are applied, such as: developing topics on psychological counseling for students and arranging them into separate lectures, or integrating them into class activities, flag salute activities. Organizing integrated teaching of psychological counseling content for students in core subjects and experiential activities, educational activities outside of class hours.
