Hunting for the director who gave guns, knives, and swords to his subordinates to collect debts
Nguyen Tac Van (born in 1990, Director of Bao Tin Financial Services Company Limited in Thanh Hoa province) brought guns, knives, swords and directed his juniors to throw dirty substances into the house, smash furniture and shoot and injure the "debtor" to demand lottery money.
On July 21, information from Thanh Hoa Police said that the Criminal Police Department (CSHS) is urgently searching for Nguyen Tac Van (aka Tao Van, born in 1990, residing in Tao Xuyen ward, Thanh Hoa city) to clarify the acts of illegal possession of weapons, intentionally causing injury and disturbing public order.

Previously, on the night of July 15 to the morning of July 16, Van directed his juniors to collect lottery debts in Hoang Kim commune, Hoang Hoa district (Thanh Hoa). When the "debtor" did not pay, the subjects threw dirty substances into the house, smashed things in the house, and used a homemade gun to shoot, injuring one person.
Immediately after the incident, on July 18, the Criminal Police Department investigated and coordinated with Hoang Hoa District Police to arrest 7 subjects involved in the incident, including Nguyen Dinh Manh (born 2000), Le Van Chien (born 1988), Do Chi Chung (born 1998), Do Xuan Thang (born 1993), Le Duy Tung (born 1991), all residing in Tao Xuyen Ward, Thanh Hoa City; Do Xuan Hoa (born 1974, residing in Hoang Hop Commune, Hoang Hoa District) and Nguyen Anh Thang (born 1993, residing in Van Ha Town, Thieu Hoa District). Nguyen Tac Van alone fled the area.

Searching the suspects' residence, the police seized 5 homemade guns (including 2 shotguns, 3 homemade revolvers), these guns were assessed to have the same features and functions as military guns and many knives and swords of various types.
It is known that this group, led by Nguyen Tac Van, specializes in organizing gambling in the form of buying and selling lottery numbers.
Currently, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police are continuing to investigate, clarify and mobilize forces to capture Nguyen Tac Van.
