At noon on October 11, Tu went to Ha's house. Angry because Ha wanted to break up, Tu went to the second floor to get two pieces of nylon rope with the intention of strangling the victim. When he went downstairs, Tu tied the victim up but she resisted, so he used his hands to press and strangle her. Discovering Ha passed out, the subject went to the kitchen to get three knives to cut the victim's wrists to create a suicide scene...

After committing the crime, Tu went up to the 2nd floor, used a large knife to cut his wrist to commit suicide, but because of the pain while cutting, he stopped, went down to the 1st floor, took the victim's motorbike and escaped.

When arriving at the discharge tank of the Doi Binh pumping station, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi, Tu stopped the car, opened the trunk, took 70 thousand VND and some of the victim's vehicle documents, and pushed the motorbike into the discharge tank to destroy the evidence.
