Arrest of suspect in murder of female cooperative officer

Investigators are hunting for a suspect involved in the murder of a female cooperative official in Due Dong village (Bac Ninh).

On the afternoon of September 13, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Police, said that the police investigation agency is focusing on collecting information, investigating and arresting the suspect who caused the above case.

The scene is believed to be where the incident occurred.

"Initially, the investigation agency determined that this was a case with signs of murder and robbery. The police agency is actively investigating and recording statements from those involved, identifying and arresting the suspect," Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Long added.

On the same day, Mr. Ngo Xuan Tinh (Chief of Office of Tien Du District People's Committee) said: "Initially, it was determined that Ms. H. died with blood stains at the scene. It is possible that some people saw that the road was deserted and acted."

Previously, on September 12, Tien Du District Police, Bac Ninh Provincial Police and related units such as Bac Ninh Provincial People's Procuracy received a report about a murder and robbery case that occurred in Due Dong village (Lim town, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province).

Initial information, the victim's identity was identified as Ms. Nguyen Thi H. (born in 1958, residing in Due Dong village, Lim town, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province).

Immediately upon receiving the report, the investigation agency and authorities quickly arrived at the scene, conducted a crime scene investigation and autopsy to investigate and clarify the case.

Ms. H. was found dead at her home in the early morning of September 12. The victim's body had many wounds on her body and head.

Before the incident, Ms. H. lived alone in the house above, without a husband or children. Ms. Nguyen Thi H. was an officer of the Due Dong agricultural cooperative.

Some relatives of Mrs. H. said that before the day of the murder, Mrs. H. collected Party fees from villagers, so there may have been some money in the house.
