Search for driver who fled after causing fatal accident

On the morning of November 2, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Deputy Head of Nghi Loc District Police said that the unit is actively searching for the 7-seat car that caused the accident that killed a man on a bicycle on the spot.
According to Nghi Loc District Police, on the evening of October 28, the unit received a report from the public about a serious traffic accident.

Specifically, at around 7:00 p.m. on October 28, 2018, at km445+900m of National Highway 1, Hamlet 3, Nghi Long Commune, Nghi Loc District, a traffic accident occurred between a car (brand and license plate unknown) traveling from Vinh City to Hanoi and a bicycle driven by Mr. Pham Van Chung (born in 1979, residing in Hamlet 3, Nghi Long, Nghi Loc District).
As a result, Mr. Pham Van Chung died and his bicycle was damaged. After causing the accident, the driver of the car fled the scene.
According to Nghi Loc District Police, through verification, the car that caused the accident had the following characteristics: 7-seat car, milky white paint color, unknown license plate, after the accident the related car had damage to the front of the car, at the scene the investigation agency seized 1 black side panel, the front wheel fender, and the front rubber gasket.
