The contest content revolves around the theme “Safety for women and children” with many pressing social issues such as domestic violence, child sexual abuse, environmental pollution, social networks, food hygiene and safety, black credit, and traffic accidents.

Through the exchange program, we aim to orient and provide the propaganda team with knowledge, safe propaganda forms for women and children and skills to build a safe living environment.

At the same time, this is a forum for local propagandists to exchange, learn, share experiences and gradually train women to become good reporters and propagandists of the organization.

The exchange program also contributes to raising awareness, action, consciousness, responsibility, and participation of all levels, sectors, and people for a "Safe environment for women and children".

Previously, the program was also successfully organized by the Provincial Women's Union in Do Luong and Con Cuong districts and will then be replicated by localities throughout the province.
