Hung Nguyen Youth wrapped 650 banh chung for the poor in Ky Son

The Banh Chung wrapping contest was organized with 5 groups, from 37 youth organizations in the whole district. With the ingenuity and enthusiasm of the youth, in just a short time, the whole contest completed 650 Banh Chung.

All the banh chung will be sent by the youth of Hung Nguyen district to poor households in Nam Can commune (Ky Son). In addition, the youth of Hung Nguyen also gave warm clothes, blankets, medicine, national flags and other necessities to children and poor households in Ky Son district, organized a year-end meal for students; visited and gave gifts to soldiers of border post 547. The total value of the volunteer trip is 120 million VND.

This is an annual activity of Hung Nguyen youth within the plan of the program "Warm winter and volunteer spring" launched by the Provincial Youth Union to encourage the awareness and responsibility of the young generation to the community and create a healthy and useful playground during the New Year, while creating solidarity and cohesion among youth organizations in the whole district./.
