The Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense visited and extended New Year greetings to the Nghe An Center for Nursing War Invalids and the Nghe An Psychiatric Nursing Area.

Major General Doan Xuan Buong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Commissar of Military Region 4; Major General Tran Hoai Son - Deputy Director of the Department of Electronic Warfare, General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army; Colonel Hoang Duy Chien - Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4; Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Political Commissar of Nghe An Provincial Military Command joined the working delegation.

The delegation visited and wished a happy New Year to war invalids and sick soldiers at the War Invalids Nursing Center and the War Invalids Mental Health Nursing Area.

In the warm atmosphere of the days before Tet, Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son presented gifts and kindly asked about the health and lives of wounded and sick soldiers, expressing deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of wounded and sick soldiers for the cause of national liberation and protection of the Fatherland.

He also expressed his hope that war invalids and sick soldiers will continue to persevere, overcome difficulties, overcome illness, continue to contribute, do jobs suitable to their health to stabilize their family and personal lives, and follow Uncle Ho's teaching "War invalids are disabled but not useless", and be a shining example for the younger generation to follow.
