The delegation visited and wished a happy New Year to war invalids and sick soldiers at the War Invalids Nursing Center and the War Invalids Mental Health Nursing Area.
In the warm atmosphere of the days before Tet, Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son presented gifts and kindly asked about the health and lives of wounded and sick soldiers, expressing deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of wounded and sick soldiers for the cause of national liberation and protection of the Fatherland.
He also expressed his hope that war invalids and sick soldiers will continue to persevere, overcome difficulties, overcome illness, continue to contribute, do jobs suitable to their health to stabilize their family and personal lives, and follow Uncle Ho's teaching "War invalids are disabled but not useless", and be a shining example for the younger generation to follow.
