Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong said that this is a complicated project, which was discussed in the regular meeting in July but was not approved. "After re-preparation, the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated it, and the project is more complete. Although the decision was approved, the Provincial People's Committee still noted a number of issues," said the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong, although the project has been re-prepared, some contents in the project are still not feasible, lacking or the content is not specific. Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee requested the agricultural sector to absorb the opinions of the meeting to further complete the project.
After completing the project for approval, the provincial leaders in charge of agriculture need to organize a province-wide meeting to thoroughly understand the project. "For forests belonging to organizations, this phase has not been included in the project, but it is necessary to develop a project to synchronize between individual households and organizations," the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee concluded.
