Ukraine receives $48.5 billion in military aid from the West
Ukraine has received $48.5 billion in military assistance from the West since Russia began its military campaign, a figure that is actually almost equal to Russia’s defense budget for 2022, which stands at $51.1 billion.
The total assistance that the Kiev government has received from Western countries and international organizations since the conflict in Ukraine broke out is estimated at more than $150.8 billion. That means that the total Western assistance to Ukraine since the end of February 2022 is almost three times the Ukrainian budget (estimated at $55.5 billion).
