The Central Inspection Committee met to consider disciplining a number of officials.

1. Regarding inspection when there are signs of violations against the Standing Committee of Ba Vi District Party Committee, Hanoi city.

-Standing Committee of Ba Vi District Party Committeeviolated the principle of democratic centralism and the Working Regulations; lacked responsibility, slackened leadership, direction, lacked inspection and supervision, allowing many violations and shortcomings in personnel work, land management and use, construction order management, and implementation of projects and works in the district; and did not strictly comply with the inspection conclusions, examinations and directions of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee.

- ComradesHa Xuan Hung- District Party Secretary;Hoang Thanh Van- former City Party Committee member, former District Party Secretary;Bach Cong Tien- The Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Committee are responsible as the head for violations and shortcomings of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District People's Committee and comrades.Nguyen Van Ha -Standing Deputy Secretary of District Party Committee, Chairman of District People's Council;Nguyen Van Hai- Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee;Nguyen Dinh Dan- District Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of District People's Committee;Nguyen The Ha- Former member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee is jointly responsible for the violations and shortcomings of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee and is personally responsible for the violations and shortcomings in performing assigned duties and tasks.

Violations and shortcomings of the Standing Committee of Ba Vi District Party Committee during the terms 2010-2015, 2015-2020 and the comrades mentionedThe above is serious, negatively affecting the reputation of local Party committees and authorities, to the point of requiring consideration and disciplinary action.

2. Consider and discipline Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Thu and Colonel Dao Ngoc Tuan - former Party Secretary, former Deputy General Director of Thai Son Corporation, Ministry of National Defense

During their time holding leadership and command positions at Thai Son Corporation, comrades Nguyen Ngoc Thu and Dao Ngoc Tuan violated the principles of democratic centralism and the Working Regulations, lacked responsibility, slackened leadership, direction, lacked inspection and supervision, allowing many violations and shortcomings in receiving, transferring salary scales, appointing, and conferring military ranks on Dinh Ngoc He (Ut Troc) in violation of regulations, allowing this subject to take advantage of committing crimes for a long time; in establishing, managing, inspecting, and supervising the activities of Thai Son Investment Development Joint Stock Company of the Ministry of National Defense, with Dinh Ngoc He as Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director, allowing the Company to have many very serious violations of the law, many cadres and party members were disciplined and criminally prosecuted.

The violations of comrade Nguyen Ngoc Thu and comrade Dao Ngoc Tuan are very serious, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization and the Army. Based on the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against violating Party members, the Central Inspection Commission decided to take disciplinary action by removing comrades Nguyen Ngoc Thu and Dao Ngoc Tuan from all positions in the Party.

3. Consider and discipline Colonel Nguyen Hai Chau - former Party Secretary, Political Commissar and Colonel Pham Ngoc Dung - former Deputy Party Secretary, Division Commander of Division 375, Air Defense - Air Force.

During their time holding leadership and command positions in Division 375, comrades Nguyen Hai Chau and Pham Ngoc Dung violated the principle of democratic centralism, lacked responsibility, loosened leadership and direction, and lacked inspection and supervision, allowing the Division Commander to commit many violations and shortcomings in the management and use of national defense land.

The violations of comrade Nguyen Hai Chau and comrade Pham Ngoc Dung are serious, affecting the prestige of the Party organization and the Army. Based on the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against violating Party members, the Central Inspection Commission decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of warnings on comrades Nguyen Hai Chau and Pham Ngoc Dung.

4. Review the results of supervision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam Textile and Garment Groupin leading, directing and organizing the implementation of the Enterprise Restructuring and Equitization Project.

Through supervision, the Central Inspection Commission pointed out the advantages, limitations, and shortcomings and requested the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Group to learn from experience and take measures to overcome and correct in the coming time.

Also in this sessionThe Central Inspection Commission has reviewed and resolved 3 cases of party discipline complaints; provided comments on the draft Regulation on the responsibility of the superior inspection commission to the subordinate inspection commission in the work of party inspection, supervision and discipline to submit to the Secretariat for consideration and decision.
