However, according to the leaders of the Department of Education and Training, in recent times, the implementation of experience initiatives has become increasingly difficult. During the implementation process, there are still countermeasures and "plagiarism" of experience initiatives to rank them for competition. This, if not done correctly, will be "un-educational" and "counterproductive".
Besides, some cadres, managers, teachers and staff have not yet fully understood the effectiveness of summarizing experience and initiatives in improving the quality of management and education in schools.

Therefore, there are still many cases where people do not really use their own experiences to create initiatives, but instead take ideas from colleagues and experience initiatives on social networks to "remix" into their own products.
This activity in some units is still perfunctory and perfunctory... The application and implementation of the results of experience initiatives in some places and at some times in some educational institutions has not received due attention. There are many cases where experience initiatives are written for emulation and rewards, not stemming from a passion for science and from practice.
From the correct assessment of the above situation, the workshop also had many ideas shared to improve the quality of experience and initiative summarization activities. At the same time, proposed solutions to apply experience and initiative in schools, contributing to the successful implementation of the innovation of the education sector.
Every year in Nghe An, about 80% of high schools and 100% of Departments of Education and Training organize for managers and teachers to participate in activities to summarize experiences and initiatives. Since the 2013-2014 school year, the Department's affiliated units have had 1,961 experience initiatives. Of these, 851 initiatives have reached the industry level (43.4%) and 242 initiatives are expected to be considered at the provincial level (12.3%). |
