Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Office has a new Chief of Office
(Baonghean.vn) - Comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Anh Son district was appointed as Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.
On the afternoon of September 4, the Office of the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint the Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

On August 30, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province signed Decision No. 3538/QD-UBND to transfer and appoint for a term (5 years) comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Anh Son district to hold the position of Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Nghe An province. The Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
In his congratulatory speech to the new Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy emphasized that the transfer and appointment demonstrated the attention, training, and fostering, and at the same time assigned the important responsibility of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to comrade Dang Thanh Tung in his new position.
The activities of the Provincial People's Committee Office are relatively specific, with a large, regular, continuous workload with high intensity, closely related to the leadership and direction of the Provincial People's Committee leaders. Therefore, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that Comrade Dang Thanh Tung immediately get to work, concentrate, grasp the regulations on operation, management and administration of the Office; uphold the sense of responsibility to best complete the assigned tasks.
Besides, the Provincial People's Committee Office must actively apply information technology to make work smooth and effective.

Comrade Thai Thanh Quy suggested that the new Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office continue to promote the experience gained during his work; personal qualities and prestige to become the center of solidarity and unity of the Provincial People's Committee Office.
In addition, the new Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office needs to listen to opinions, aspirations, and care about the lives of cadres and employees; at the same time, strictly maintain discipline to build a strong, friendly, and highly service-oriented Provincial People's Committee Office; not cause difficulties for sectors, businesses, and people; pay attention to the activities of trade unions, youth unions, and veterans to create a joyful, exciting, united, collaborative, cooperative, and sharing atmosphere to carry out tasks.
With the characteristics of an agency that has both advisory and service functions, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested Comrade Dang Thanh Tung and the collective leadership of the Provincial People's Committee Office to perform well the role of representative, bridge, and link between departments, branches, districts, cities, and towns with the provincial leaders to reflect, advise, and propose solutions to problems; at the same time, be a bridge connecting the offices: Provincial Party Committee, Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Provincial People's Council; a bridge to closely connect with the Central Government, other provinces, and partners to develop the province's socio-economy.

In the immediate future, the Provincial People's Committee Office needs to soon put the Provincial Public Administration Service Center into operation, prepare for the People's Council meeting at the end of 2019, and effectively apply information technology in the management and operation process...
Comrade Thai Thanh Quy also requested that the staff of the Provincial People's Committee Office coordinate, help, share, collaborate, and cooperate to help the new Chief of Office successfully complete his tasks; in addition, Comrade Dang Thanh Tung needs to demonstrate the role of a leader, operating clearly, impartially, objectively, and transparently.

Comrade Dang Thanh Tung thanked the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee for their attention, support and trust and promised to devote all his enthusiasm, responsibility and determination together with the leadership, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Provincial People's Committee Office to perform well the advisory and synthesis functions to effectively serve the activities and operations of the Provincial People's Committee.
Comrade Dang Thanh Tung, born on August 28, 1968, hometown in Lien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An; professional qualification is Master of Economics, political qualification is Bachelor; State management qualification is Senior Expert.
He served in the army, then worked in the Nghe An Tax Department and for a long time worked at the Nghe An Department of Finance, holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance from December 2014 to January 2016. From February 2016 to present, he has been the Secretary of the Anh Son District Party Committee and from July 2016 to present, he has held the additional position of Chairman of the Anh Son District People's Council.
From June 26, 2019, the Party Central Committee issued Decision No. 1322-QDNS/TW appointing comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Anh Son district to join the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An province for the 2015-2020 term.
