Following the path of the hamlet to find the back of the tea factory, at the sports field of the hamlet cultural house, you can clearly see the leveled land. This land has a fairly large area, adjacent to the Traditional tea factory, adjacent to the green rice fields; there is a road leading to it on one side.

The surface of the land was the same color of new red soil, which had been leveled. On the land, gravel paths had been formed. Coming closer, one could clearly see a system of tie-in foundations surrounding and cutting across most of the land. On the tie-in foundations, there were steel bars waiting to be installed for the factory.

Obtaining information from a local resident, it was confirmed that this land was previously agricultural land. “This location used to have some rice fields and swamps. People still grew rice there. Mr. Thong organized motorbikes to dump the soil for quite a long time, everyone in the neighborhood knew but because they were afraid of touching it, no one spoke out publicly…” – said the resident.

When asked about the condition of the land before the leveling, a cadre of Truong Son hamlet also confirmed that it was agricultural land. “Before the owner of the Traditional Tea Processing Factory filled the land, there were some low rice fields there, but there were no structures…” – the cadre of Truong Son hamlet shared.

Working with the Thanh Mai Commune authorities, Mr. Ha Quang Thang - Chairman of the Commune People's Committee said that he had received the information and the commune had organized a site inspection and made a record of Mr. Le Van Thong - owner of the Traditional Tea Processing Factory. In fact, on January 26 - 28, 2022, the Thanh Mai Commune People's Committee made two records of Mr. Le Van Thong - owner of the Traditional Tea Processing Factory.

But what is worth noting is that, based on the people's report, on January 24, 2022, the Thanh Chuong District People's Committee assigned the two departments of Economy - Infrastructure and Natural Resources and Environment to Thanh Mai Commune to organize verification. After checking and determining that the people's feedback was accurate, on January 25, 2022, the Thanh Chuong District People's Committee issued a document criticizing the Chairman of the Thanh Mai Commune People's Committee. At the same time, the Chairman of the Thanh Mai Commune People's Committee was required to take measures to prevent, promptly and decisively handle the above violations in accordance with the provisions of law...
