Vietnam sends condolences over explosion causing damage to people and property in Cuba

Upon hearing of the May 6 explosion at the Saratoga Hotel in Havana, Cuba, which caused tragic loss of life and property damage, on May 7, leaders of the Party, State, Government, National Assembly, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam sent a telegram to pay their respects and sympathize with the people of Cuba.
