Vietnam records 203 Covid-19 cases, after 9 more cases

At 6:00 p.m. on March 30, the Ministry of Health announced 9 new cases, bringing the total number of Covid-19 cases in Vietnam to 203.

CASE 195 (BN195):Female patient, 41 years old, is an employee of Truong Sinh Company Ltd. at Bach Mai Hospital canteen.

CASE 196 (BN196):Female patient, 34 years old, is an employee of Truong Sinh Company Ltd. at Bach Mai Hospital canteen.

CASE 197 (BN197):Male patient, 41 years old, address Thanh Ha urban area, Cu Khe, Thanh Oai, Hanoi. On March 12, 2020, the patient visited the Tropical Disease Center, Bach Mai Hospital. On March 29, 2020, his sample was taken for testing.

CASE 198 (BN198):Female patient, 53 years old, is an employee of Truong Sinh Company Ltd. at Bach Mai Hospital canteen..

CASE 199 (BN199):Female patient, 57 years old, is an employee of Truong Sinh Company Ltd. at Bach Mai Hospital canteen.

CASE 200 (BN200):Female patient, 61 years old, is an employee of Truong Sinh Company Ltd. at Bach Mai Hospital canteen.

CASE 201 (BN201):Female patient, 23 years old, is an employee of Truong Sinh Company Ltd. at Bach Mai Hospital canteen.

CASE 202 (BN202):The female patient, 57 years old, is an employee of Truong Sinh Company Limited at Bach Mai Hospital canteen. Currently, all 8 cases are isolated and treated at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Dong Anh facility, and have tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, with stable health conditions.

CASE 203 (BN203):Female patient, Vietnamese nationality, 35 years old. The patient traveled from Greece on flight TK162, seat number 21A, transited in Türkiye, entered Vietnam at Tan Son Nhat International Airport on March 17, 2020.

Immediately after entering the country, the patient had no symptoms and was quarantined at the centralized quarantine area - Regiment 10, Nha Be District. On March 27, 2020, Nha Be District Medical Center, Ho Chi Minh City collected samples and sent them to the Ho Chi Minh City Hospital for Tropical Diseases. The sample was tested and the result was positive for SARS-CoV-2.
