Quynh Yen Commune (Quynh Luu) received the Certificate of recognition for meeting New Rural standards.
(Baonghean.vn) - After more than 7 years of implementation, the Party Committee and government of Quynh Yen commune have promoted the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity to make Quynh Yen a commune that meets New Rural standards in 2018.
On the morning of April 30, Quynh Yen commune, Quynh Luu district held a ceremony to receive the commune meeting the New Rural Standards in 2018 and celebrate the 585th anniversary of being called Thuong Yen Village; 65 years of the commune's establishment (1954 - 2019).
Attending the ceremony were comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of the Provincial New Rural Area Coordination Office, leaders of Quynh Luu district and many people from all walks of life in Quynh Yen commune.

After more than 7 years of implementing the national target program on new rural construction, Quynh Yen has mobilized a total of over 240 billion VND to implement the criteria. In addition, the commune has solutions to propagate and mobilize people to donate land to open roads, contribute labor and money to renew many traffic routes, irrigation canals, cultural institutions and standard schools.
From a commune in a special area, starting with only 5/19 criteria, some essential criteria were still weak, average income per capita was only 15 million VND/year. Up to now, Quynh Yen has risen to achieve 19/19 criteria with a synchronous and spacious essential infrastructure system from roads, irrigation systems and schools, clinics all meeting national standards. Average income reached 32 million VND/person, more than double compared to before; traditional cultural - historical relics such as pagodas, craft villages and ancient village gates were restored by the commune's children...
