Identifying 7 key tasks for the last 6 months of the year for the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee

At the conference, delegates listened to reports and discussed opinions on the activities in the first 6 months of 2018. In particular, focusing on evaluating and clarifying key contents that have been well implemented such as: The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board has led the professional organization to implement political tasks, proactively and actively researched, consulted, and concretized policies and resolutions of higher levels to organize the synchronous implementation of tasks, solutions and complete tasks according to the proposed work programs and plans.

Focus on advising and directing the implementation of the Resolution of the 6th Central Conference, 12th tenure; continue to advise on the implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, Conclusion 04-KL/BTCTW, dated January 22, 2018 of the Central Organizing Committee; advise on the classification and reward of Party organizations and Party members in 2017; organize recruitment and examination for civil servants and public employees of Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW in conjunction with Party building work; effectively implement the contents of Party building work.

In addition, the conference chairman also presented a summary report on some shortcomings and limitations in the first 6 months of the year, which were: Leadership in performing professional tasks in some Party cells was slow; the quality of consulting on some contents was not high; the quality of Party activities in some Party cells was not high, especially thematic activities; some Party cells did not perform well the task of writing news and articles of the month; the application of information technology and software in the management and operation of the Board's work was not synchronous, interconnected, and the efficiency was not as expected; the commendation and reward of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in performing tasks were sometimes not timely.

At the conference, cadres and party members of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee discussed and approved key tasks for the last 6 months of 2018, which are:

1. Focus on directing the overcoming of the existing limitations and at the same time leading the completion of the 8 key professional tasks set out.

2. Provide timely information and ideological orientation for Party cells to include in their meetings; regularly grasp the ideological situation of cadres and Party members to promptly resolve ideological problems. Implement Directive 05 with specific contents registered to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with the program and commitments after review in the spirit of Resolution of the 4th Central Committee, 12th term. Regularly monitor and remind Party members to implement the Party Charter, Regulation 47 - QD/TW, Directive 17- CT/TU,...

3. Continue to properly implement regulations on periodic and specialized activities of Party cells and Party Committees to ensure quality and effectiveness.

4. Lead and direct Party cells, coordinate with professional organizations to implement the project to reorganize the Board's apparatus according to the approved plan.

5. Guide and direct Party cells to summarize the Party building work in 2018 and develop the work program for 2019. Review the leadership of the Party Committee in 2018. Summarize the Party building work of the Party Committee in 2018 and deploy tasks for 2019; carry out well the emulation and reward work for Party organizations and Party members.

6. Well implement the inspection and supervision program of the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Commission in the third quarter and the end of 2018, and promptly direct the correction of limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out.

7. Working with the executive committees of organizations: Listening to the results of activities in 2018, the results of implementing the directed contents; orienting tasks in 2019; leading the summary of the work of organizations in 2018.
