Building bridges for people; giving gifts to poor households and orphaned students
(Baonghean.vn) - Building a bridge for people in Nam Dan, giving gifts to poor families and orphans in Ky Son and Quynh Luu are meaningful charity activities on July 10.
Morning of July 10,Nam Dan District Military Commandheld the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Cho Gieng bridge in Van Dien commune, Nam Dan district.
Cho Gieng Bridge is located in Trung Dong and Nam Binh hamlets, Van Dien commune (Nam Dan), serving the traffic needs of the people, and also spanning the drainage canal for the central area of Van Dien commune. The bridge was built nearly 30 years ago and is now seriously degraded.
The project was constructed by the Commune People's Committee with the support of 50 million VND from the Nam Dan District Military Command and 35 soldiers directly participating in the construction of the bridge. It is expected that Cho Gieng Bridge will be completed in August.

This is an activity of the District Military Command to contribute to building Nam Dan district into a model new rural district, while also contributing to consolidating and strengthening the solidarity and bond between the army and the people.
