Building 22 bright spots on grassroots democracy regulations

Information at the conference said that in the first 6 months of 2018, the whole cluster has built 22 bright spots on the Democratic Charter, 21 bright spots on the People's Government's Mass Mobilization. 7/7 units have effectively implemented the overall program of State administrative reform in the area; organized 150 direct dialogues between Party committees and authorities from district to grassroots with the people; built 1,641 skillful people's mobilization models in all fields. Up to now, the whole cluster has 39 communes reaching the new rural destination.

Building the direction and tasks for the coming time, the conference unanimously proposed 7 key contents such as: Continuing to effectively implement the directives and resolutions of the Central and the province on mass mobilization work; mobilizing people, cadres and civil servants to seriously and effectively implement Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII); improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work of state agencies; promoting the effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, associations and unions in social supervision and criticism; effectively implementing ethnic and religious work in the area; strengthening coordination between the Mass Mobilization Committee and departments and branches in implementing mass mobilization work; continuing to innovate the content and methods of mass mobilization work to suit the actual situation in the area...

Earlier, in the morning, delegates visited the models of skillful mass mobilization: Free-range chickens of the Women's Union of Hoa Mu hamlet, Nghia Phuc commune, the model of mobilizing people to consolidate land, exchange plots to build large-scale fields linking production according to the value chain on sugarcane of nearly 200 hectares in Van Long and Van Xuan hamlets of Giai Xuan commune.
