Building a model new rural district to ensure stability and avoid debt arrears
(Baonghean.vn) - This is the direction of striving and development of Nam Dan district that delegates attending the mid-term review conference to implement the Resolution of the Nam Dan District Party Congress agreed to implement in the coming time.
On the afternoon of July 12, the Standing Committee of Nam Dan District Party Committee held a conference to review the results after half a term of implementing the Resolution of the 26th District Party Congress and Party Congresses at all levels, term 2015-2020, and to summarize Party building work in the first 6 months of 2018.

During the past half term, with the spirit of solidarity and proactively overcoming difficulties, the Party Committee and people of Nam Dan district have strived to achieve comprehensive results in all fields; 11/27 targets have been achieved and exceeded the plan set out in the Resolution of the Congress. Production capacity has been raised, infrastructure has been strengthened. Cultural and social fields have made much progress.
At the conference, the Standing Committee and members of the District Party Committee analyzed and clarified the causes and proposed solutions to focus on implementing unachieved targets.

In the first 6 months of 2018, Nam Dan's production value reached 3,554 billion VND, equal to 51.67% of the year's plan. Economic growth rate compared to the same period last year is estimated at 7.58%. Winter-spring crop production was a good harvest. Budget revenue reached 65,653 billion VND, equal to 44% of the estimate and increased by 8% over the same period last year.
Party committees and authorities at all levels from district to grassroots level deploy programs, resolutions, projects and plans in accordance with the action program to implement the Party Congress Resolution for the 2015-2020 term. Resolutely direct administrative reform work and build model new rural districts.

In the next half term, Nam Dan Party Committee will focus specifically on each sector, finding solutions to overcome difficulties and completing unachieved targets; Improving leadership, direction and management capacity for investment in project programs in the area; Building a model new rural area must be solid and avoid outstanding debts.
Besides building the Party and the political system, Nam Dan promotes the work of developing the Party in special areas and enterprises; focuses on building advisory departments and building grassroots governments, especially in key areas.
