Building a "Smart Mass Mobilization" model suitable for the characteristics of each agency and unit

In the first 6 months of 2018, the Party Committee has made many innovations in content and diversified methods of operation in mass mobilization work. Party committees and leaders of units in the cluster have paid attention to directing and implementing Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII); organized reviews and evaluations of the implementation results of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels in the mid-term 2015-2020; implemented the "Year of Public Administration Mass Mobilization"; focused on administrative reform, improving the capacity and effectiveness of management work in the direction of "serving", "creating", creating the best conditions for people and businesses; built many bright spots in implementing public administration mass mobilization work; the "Skilled Public Administration" movement has received attention, direction, construction and active response.

Activities for the poor and helping poor communes in Western Nghe An have been focused on with many practical activities contributing to stabilizing people's lives. Monitoring programs have been focused on, contributing to maintaining political stability, developing the economy and society, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system; building a great solidarity bloc, creating social consensus.

However, the mass mobilization work in the first 6 months of the year in some Party Committees still revealed some limitations. That is: propaganda work, raising awareness of responsibility of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers on mass mobilization work in some places and at times was still limited; grasping public opinion information, thoughts and aspirations of workers, students and people was sometimes not timely...
