State Bank of Vietnam - Nghe An Province Branchand Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Vinh Branch, together with the People's Committee of Quynh Thach Commune, organized the groundbreaking ceremony for a gratitude house for Ms. Nguyen Thi Sau's family in Hamlet 4, Quynh Thach Commune, Quynh Luu District.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Sau is 61 years old, a single mother raising her children. Currently, Ms. Sau has cancer, her son has kidney failure, so the family's finances are very difficult and they live in a badly damaged level 4 house.
Sharing the family's situation, the State Bank of Vietnam - Nghe An Branch and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Vinh Branch launched a campaign to raise 80 million VND in salary to support the construction of a house of gratitude for Mrs. Sau and her children.
