Building communes, wards and towns that meet legal access standards
(Baonghean.vn) - That is one of the component criteria of the National Criteria Set on New Rural Communes for the 2016-2020 period.
On the afternoon of September 12, the Department of Justice organized a training conference on professional skills in building commune, ward and town levels that meet legal access standards and implementing Decision No. 14/2019/QD-TTg dated March 13, 2019 of the Prime Minister on building, managing and exploiting legal bookcases.

At the conference, nearly 200 trainees who are judicial and civil status officials at the commune level in Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan, Cua Lo districts and Vinh city listened to a preliminary assessment of the implementation of building communes, wards and towns that meet legal access standards. Accordingly, in recent times, the work of building communes and wards that meet legal access standards has achieved significant results, especially since "communes that meet legal access standards" became a component criterion of the National Criteria Set for New Rural Communes in the period 2016 - 2020.
Up to now, local Party committees and authorities have basically realized the significance of implementing the task of building communes that meet legal access standards. Many localities have organized regular training on this task. The number of commune-level units meeting legal access standards in 2018 reached 296 units, an increase of 120 units compared to 2017.
Trainees were also introduced to documents regulating and guiding the construction of communes, wards and towns that meet legal access standards; criteria and methods for assessing legal access; regulations and skills guiding the calculation of scores for the construction of communes, wards and towns that meet legal access standards; and the roles and tasks of Party committees and authorities in the process of constructing communes, wards and towns that meet legal access standards.

The conference aims to equip judicial and civil status officials with awareness, a firm grasp of regulations, and skills to build communes that meet legal access standards, creating favorable conditions for effectively organizing and implementing the task of building communes, wards, and towns that meet legal access standards in the locality.
At the Conference, the trainees also listened to the dissemination of some basic contents of Decision No. 14/2019/QD-TTg dated March 13, 2019 of the Prime Minister on the establishment, management and exploitation of the Law Bookcase, including: General provisions; national electronic law bookcase; law bookcases in extremely disadvantaged communes, agencies and units of the people's armed forces...
