According to local residents, at the above time, the pickup truck with license plate 29H - 06882 was traveling on National Highway 15 in the direction of Tan Ky - Do Luong, when passing a curve in Lat town, it lost control and flipped over on the road.
At the time of the accident, there were few people on the bus, the driver was slightly injured, the bus was severely damaged. After the accident, Tan Ky District Police arrived to handle the incident.
At 5:00 a.m. the same day, the accident vehicle was towed from the scene by rescue forces.
