Tractor trailer 'flew' through irrigation ditch on Highway 48, two people injured
(Baonghean.vn) - A tractor trailer traveling from Yen Ly intersection (Dien Chau) to Thai Hoa town suddenly lost control and veered to the left of the road, landing on an irrigation ditch. The accident injured the driver and the assistant.

At 6:30 a.m. on September 29, a tractor-trailer with license plate 15C - 215.68 (not pulling a trailer) traveling on National Highway 48 from Yen Ly intersection to Thai Hoa town, when reaching the intersection of Thuong village in Dien Yen commune (Dien Chau), suddenly avoided an oncoming vehicle, lost control and veered to the left of the road.
The car then flew over and came to rest on the side of the irrigation ditch. The front of the car was crushed, the glass was shattered, and the driver and passenger were injured.

Immediately after the accident, local people took the victims to Phu Dien General Hospital for emergency treatment. Traffic police were present to handle the accident.
