Sand truck burned on National Highway 1A

(Baonghean.vn) - A sand truck traveling on National Highway 1A suddenly caught fire, completely burning the cabin.

Accordingly, at around 4:00 p.m. on April 18, truck with license plate 37C - 07370 (owned by a private enterprise in Hoang Mai town) was driven by Mr. Quach Huu Son (born in 1990) in block 20, Mai Hung ward, Hoang Mai town. The truck was transporting sand from Quynh Luu to Hoang Mai, passing through block 8, Mai Hung ward, when the driver suddenly discovered smoke coming from the cabin, so he quickly jumped out of the truck and shouted.

Immediately, people used water hoses to put out the fire and called Fire Police Department No. 4.

Upon receiving the news, Fire Police Department No. 4 dispatched two command and fire fighting vehicles, along with 20 officers and soldiers, to the scene.

After about 20 minutes the car was extinguished, however the cabin of the car was burned to the frame, the damage is estimated at hundreds of millions of dong.
