Two suspects were arrested in the case.

At the Investigation Agency, the two subjects confessed that through the Internet and social networks, the subjects created zalo, facebook accounts and websites to sell all kinds of diplomas and certificates with attractive advertisements such as commitments of real templates, cheap prices...

When customers want to order, the subjects will take the customers' personal information to print on diplomas, then forge the signatures of school principals, and use fake stamps to print.

Seized evidence.

Each type of certificate, the subjects sell from 1,500,000 VND to 2,500,000 VND, the diplomas cost from 2,500,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND. The subjects often send diplomas and certificates via post office and express delivery companies to customers far away or hire motorbike taxis to deliver to customers nearby.

Hoang Van Duc confessed that at first he only accepted to transport fake diplomas and certificates; then, seeing the high profits and high demand from customers, he searched for customers and then advertised for sale all kinds of documents, diplomas, certificates...

The Investigation Security Agency of Hung Yen Provincial Police has issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Hung and Duc for the crime of Forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations, and continue to investigate and expand to handle related subjects according to the provisions of law.
