Eliminate fake diploma ring, seize 4,000 seals and 5 tons of diploma blanks

After a period of understanding the situation, the Provincial Police Investigation Security Agency established a special project to fight, coordinated with the Professional Departments of the Ministry of Public Security, Dong Nai Provincial Police and Ho Chi Minh City Police to arrest Nguyen Van Hung (born in 1980, residing in Phu Ha village, Minh Phu commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi) and Hoang Van Duc (born in 1993, residing in Ban Muong village, Mong An commune, Binh Gia district, Lang Son province).

Two suspects were arrested in the case.

Searching the house at 856/4 Quang Trung, Ward 8, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City - where the subjects rented to produce all kinds of diplomas and certificates, the police force seized nearly 4,000 seals, more than 5 tons of blank documents such as Citizen ID cards, Driver's licenses, Master's degrees, University degrees... In addition, they also seized many machines and equipment used to produce diplomas and certificates.

At the Investigation Agency, the two subjects confessed that through the Internet and social networks, they created zalo, facebook accounts and websites to sell all kinds of diplomas and certificates with attractive advertisements such as commitments of real templates, cheap prices...

When customers want to order, the subjects will take the customers' personal information to print on diplomas, then forge the signatures of school principals and use fake stamps to print.

Seized evidence.

Each type of certificate, the subjects sell from 1,500,000 VND to 2,500,000 VND, the diplomas cost from 2,500,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND. The subjects often send diplomas and certificates via post and express delivery companies to customers far away or hire motorbike taxis to deliver to customers nearby.

Hoang Van Duc confessed that at first he only accepted to transport fake diplomas and certificates; then, seeing the high profits and high demand from customers, he searched for customers and then advertised to sell all kinds of documents, diplomas, certificates...

The Security Investigation Agency of Hung Yen Province Police has decided to prosecute the case and prosecute Hung and Duc for the crime of Forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations, and continue to investigate and expand to handle related subjects according to the provisions of law.
