Stirring clip of not giving way to ambulance at red light in Vinh City
The image of a car stopping at a red light and refusing to let an ambulance behind it pass with its siren blaring in Vinh City has caused a stir in public opinion.
On February 10, a clip appeared on social media recording an ambulance using its siren to give way, but the car in front refused to run a red light, causing mixed public opinion.
The clip was recorded at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and Pham Dinh Toai Street in Vinh City.
Accordingly, on the morning of February 10, an ambulance was traveling from Vinh city center to Vinh airport on Lenin Avenue.

When arriving at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and Pham Dinh Toai Street, the ambulance continuously signaled and honked to give way.
However, the vehicles in front were stopped at a red light. There were other vehicles in front, including a black Fortuner, so the ambulance could not pass. Only when the traffic light turned green could the ambulance move.
After the video was shared on social networks, many people expressed mixed opinions.
Previously, in Vinh City, from January 22, the surveillance camera system to ensure security, order and traffic safety of Nghe An Provincial Police installed at 191 locations in the city began operating.
There is a camera installed at the intersection where the incident occurred. Some people believe that the driver of the black car may have been afraid of being fined, so he did not yield to the ambulance.
