The authorities have issued a record of 5 traders violating the law with a total fine of 12.5 million VND, including: Nguyen Van Hung, Tran Thi Huong, Nguyen Thi Thu Hang (residing in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city) and Le Thi Dung, To Thi Phuong with permanent residence in Thanh Hoa province.
