Punish a group of young people using scooters to roam around and gather during the quarantine period in Dien Chau
(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Committee of Dien Thinh commune (Dien Chau) has just issued a decision to administratively fine 7 young people for gathering in large crowds and not wearing masks in public places.
At around 3:00 p.m. on April 15, while patrolling and controlling the area of National Defense Road in Hamlet 17, Dien Thinh Commune, the Dien Chau District Police working group discovered a group of 7 young men aged 18 to 22 gathering in a large crowd. All of them were not wearing masks in public.

Immediately afterwards, this group of young men was taken to the headquarters of the People's Committee of Dien Thinh commune for questioning. Here, these 7 young men all admitted to violating Directive 16.
Dien Thinh Commune People's Committee has drawn up a record of administrative violations and fined 7 people with a total amount of 1.4 million VND.
Previously, a group of 9 other young people who went on a picnic at a lake in Dien Chau district, violating Directive 16, were also punished.
