A clip of a young man pointing a gun and throwing an explosive object appeared at Lung Lo apartment building in Vinh city.

As of the evening of March 19, Vinh City Police were still actively investigating the explosion on the 3rd floor of Lung Lo apartment building (Vinh Tan ward, Vinh City).

According to a source, Vinh City Police reported the incident to the Provincial Police and determined that the initial cause may have been due to personal conflicts.

Meanwhile, since the afternoon of March 19, a video clip has been circulating on Facebook, which is said to have taken place at Lung Lo apartment building. In the clip, a young man wearing a baseball cap, holding a gun in one hand, a spray can in the other, and a knife behind his back, repeatedly kicks down the door of an apartment on the third floor.

He then threw a black object through the window into the house and repeatedly pointed the gun at the door. Many sources believe that the object could be a homemade firecracker.

After the loud explosion, the young man ran down the stairs but did not leave and continued to point the gun at the apartment.

Moments later, a shirtless young man with a mangled hand walks from the house to the end of the hallway to see if the gunman has left. At the end of the clip, he walks closer to the house, sits on the floor, and holds his hand in pain.

Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, at around 9:00 p.m. on March 18, a loud explosion occurred in apartment 309 of Lung Lo apartment building. The explosion caused Mr. BHA (born in 1996, living in the apartment) to have his hand completely crushed. The victim was then taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
