“Quy Hop is a mountainous district with favorable conditions for developing eco-tourism and community tourism associated with promoting national cultural identity. In the next term, I would like to propose the following ideas:
Continue to strengthen leadership and direction in forest management, protection and development, especially in forest areas with beautiful landscapes such as Ban Bia waterfall, Tien waterfall, Ban Khang waterfall of Pu Khang. Plan landscapes, spaces, and protect the environment of villages and hamlets, paying special attention to villages and hamlets with beautiful landscapes and many Thai stilt houses preserved such as in Choong village - Choong temple (Chau Ly commune), Vi village (Bac Son commune), Thai Hoc area (Chau Thai commune), Tat village - Pu Khang (Yen Hop commune), Ang village, Co village associated with Tien waterfall landscape (Chau Thanh commune)...
Strengthening tourism promotion and advertising, introducing the image of Quy Hop district's destinations, from citrus growing areas to scenic spots to attract investment from businesses in the tourism sector. Promoting advantages to develop forest economy, eco-tourism, associated with preserving and promoting traditional cultural values.is both a driving force and an important factor contributing to promoting sustainable economic development".

"Currently, Quy Hop Forestry Enterprise is assigned by the State to manage 5,702.36 hectares of forest and forest land, including 1,800 hectares of critical protective forest, managed in 6 highland communes of Quy Hop district. In order to stabilize production and do a good job of forest management and protection, in the coming time, we recommend that local Party committees, authorities, and functional agencies provide timely support to investigate and clarify violations related to forests and forestry land, avoiding hot spots and complications in the area.
At the same time, we will widely propagate to the people to comply with the law, in order to minimize violations related to forest protection and development. Quy Hop district is an area with many mountainous forests, so we hope that along with including forest protection and development in the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the next term, we will also study and propose specific solutions to promote the potential and advantages of forest land, ensuring the harmony of interests for the people and the units assigned to continue to manage and protect the forest more effectively.

"I hope that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the new District Party Committee will pay more attention to women's movements, creating conditions for women to have more opportunities to participate in Party, government and Front work. In particular, there will be policies for women members in remote areas like us. Regarding economic development, improving the lives of people in general and women members in particular, I hope that this congress will issue a close and correct resolution, in which, a project to plant medicinal plants under the forest canopy should be developed and implemented so that women can have stable jobs and develop the economy."
Ms. Truong Thi Nhuan - resident of Tay Loi hamlet, Van Loi commune

“I am a child of the Tho ethnic group in Van Loi commune, so I hope that the leaders of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee will pay attention to having specific, close, and correct policies for the ethnic minorities in the mountainous areas. In particular, there should be policies to support children of the Tho ethnic group to attend universities and colleges; there should be policies to support suitable plants and breeds for the poor in the Tho ethnic group area. The resolution of the new District Party Congress also needs to outline directions and solutions to renovate, upgrade, and renew the infrastructure system, and build roads in special areas such as Van Loi.”

“First of all, I would like to thank the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Party Committee of Quy Hop district in the past term for creating favorable conditions for businesses to operate. In the next term, I really hope that the district leaders will pay attention and issue solutions to improve the efficiency of industrial production activities in the area, especially upgrading and completing Chau Loc and Chau Quang Industrial Parks as well as other industrial parks.
It is known that the district has a policy to expand the industrial park in Chau Hong, this is really a development opportunity for the manufacturing, mineral exploitation and stone exploitation industries of Quy Hop district. If successfully implemented, this will be the basis for preliminary selection of white stone sources, reducing transportation costs, improving production and business efficiency. We hope that the new district Party Committee will continue to pay attention and accompany local enterprises, especially in this difficult period."
Mr. Vi Trung Tiet - Chairman of the Elderly Association of Chau Thai commune

“Over the past years, the lives of people in Quy Hop district have improved significantly; the economic, cultural and social security sectors have received attention from the Party Committee, so the people are very excited. The new term Party Executive Committee of the district must do something to inherit the results and successes of the previous term and promote the tradition of solidarity, mutual support and development of Quy Hop land, making the lives of the people even better.
We, the elderly, hope that the Party Committee will pay more attention to educating, nurturing and training young cadres to create a source for the Party. Along with that, we need to pay more attention to the local elderly, have policies and create conditions for the elderly to participate in Party building, government building, social work and protect the achievements of the renovation process. Promote the results of the cultural district, continue to improve and consolidate cultural institutions, form cultural, physical education and sports movements for the whole society to participate, including the elderly. For the elderly in rural areas without pensions, living dependent on their children and grandchildren, I also hope that the Party and State will pay more attention, especially in rural, remote and isolated areas.
