From a list of 407 airlines worldwide, AirlineRatings.com has selected the 10 safest low-cost airlines.
To compile the list, the website evaluated each airline based on its standing with international regulators, its accident record over the past 10 years, its safety audit results from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and whether the airline met the International Civil Aviation Organization's eight-point safety criteria.
