(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 22, all voters, officers and soldiers of agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command, voted to elect deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2016-2021 term.

The entire provincial armed forces have two concentrated election areas: the provincial military command and Regiment 764; and officers and soldiers from 21 districts, towns, cities, and the provincial Military School, Economic-Defense Group 4, Warehouse K70, Station Z12, Engineering Company 17, Mat Island, and Ngu Island participate in the election with the locality.

Thanks to good preparation work, especially propaganda work, the election at the Nghe An Provincial Military Command office took place in accordance with regulations, safely and orderly. 100% of voters, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces, fulfilled their rights and obligations as citizens, voting to select outstanding representatives in terms of talent and virtue to elect to the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term.

In addition to completing the election voting task, agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command have proactively developed combat readiness plans, organized drills on plans to protect the safety of barracks and warehouses where troops are stationed; closely coordinated with the police force, border guards and local authorities to develop and deploy plans to protect the safety of election areas, especially at important times, key locations and polling stations.
