At the contest, 11 teams from the Endocrinology Hospital, Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, Rehabilitation Hospital, Provincial Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center, Lung Hospital, Traditional Medicine Hospital, Oncology Hospital, General Friendship Hospital, Eye Hospital, Orthopedic Trauma Hospital and Nghe An Mental Hospital took turns going through 2 rounds: Skit Competition and Knowledge Competition. |

In the skit competition, 11 teams presented 11 self-composed skits in the genres of poetry, songs, folk songs, plays, and musicals. The skits reflected issues, events, and situations that society is concerned about that have been and are taking place in medical facilities. These are the relationships between medical staff and patients and their families; between colleagues; between leaders and staff. |

The content of the skit focuses on praising and commending medical staff who have well implemented the code of conduct and medical ethics; criticizing incorrect expressions in communication culture according to the code of conduct, and negative expressions that still occur in medical examination and treatment facilities.In the knowledge test, 11 teams took turns answering multiple choice and essay questions, and responding to situations. The test content included knowledge about the Law on Health Insurance, the Law on Complaints, the Law on Civil Servants 2008, the Law on Public Employees 2010, the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 2009, the Law on Anti-Corruption 2005, the Labor Law, the Trade Union Law, Directive 05-CT/TW, Resolutions 20 and 21 - NQ/TW...

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Rehabilitation Hospital team; the Second Prize to the Friendship General Hospital team; the Third Prize to the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, the Oncology Hospital, the Orthopedic Trauma Hospital and 6 consolation prizes to the remaining 6 teams. In addition, the best skit award was also given to the Rehabilitation Hospital team, and the best response award was given to the Provincial Friendship General Hospital team.With this result, the two teams of Rehabilitation Hospital and General Friendship Hospital have won the right to participate in the provincial competition, scheduled to be held in September 2019.
