2 Nghe An workers had an accident on their way home from the South by motorbike
(Baonghean.vn) - On the way home by motorbike, when reaching Quang Nam province, 2 men from Tan Ky district crashed into the back of a truck, one of them died.
On the afternoon of October 8, Mr. Tran Van Hanh (41 years old) drove Mr. Nguyen Sy Thanh (44 years old), also residing in Dong Van commune (Tan Ky), from the South to his hometown in Nghe An. When they reached National Highway 1A, passing through Ha Lam town, Thang Binh district (Quang Nam), they collided with a truck with a Quang Nam license plate.

The accident caused Mr. Hanh to die on the spot, Mr. Thanh was seriously injured and was taken to Thang Hoa Hospital (Thang Binh District) for emergency treatment. According to witnesses, both the motorbike and the truck were traveling in the same direction, the motorbike driven by Mr. Hanh crashed into the back of the truck. Upon receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
In recent days, after the southern provinces relaxed social distancing, more than 6,500 Nghe An people returned home by motorbike. During the journey of more than a thousand kilometers, the weather was not favorable. There were many accidents and collisions among the repatriated workers.
