At around 1:00 a.m. on February 11, on Ho Chi Minh road, through Yen Lam village, before Khe Giam quarry, Nghia Lam commune (Nghia Dan), a serious traffic accident occurred.
According to initial information, 3 young men were riding a motorbike in the direction of Nghia Dan - Thanh Hoa when they reached the above location and crashed into a roadside milestone, resulting in the death of 2 people on the spot: Vi Van T. (born 1996), Do Van T. (born 1997).
The remaining person, Ha Van Nh. (born in 1997), was injured and is being treated at the Northwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital.
All 3 victims lived in Nghia Lam commune.
