20 people used drugs at a birthday party
20 young men and women using drugs at a birthday party in Coc Leu ward were discovered by the police in the early morning of October 17.
The location of the arrest was a rented house on Dien Bien Street, Coc Leu Ward, Lao Cai City. Through a quick test, 20 people tested positive for drugs, among them were 3 girls.

Lao Cai City Police said that at the scene, they seized three candy-shaped pills of drugs, a bag of crystal meth and a bag of dried marijuana, along with many drug paraphernalia.
Authorities have filed a case and sent 20 people to Lao Cai City Drug Rehabilitation Center.
Previously, on October 14, Lao Cai City Police also discovered 7 young men using crystal meth at a motel; confiscated 5 rubber bullets and 2 homemade knives.
