Three people were appointed as deputy heads of the Central Organizing Committee through competitive exams.

The three candidates with the highest scores among the eight people who took part in the exam for the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of Organizational and Personnel Sciences were Mr. Le Viet Trung, Ms. Tran Thi Minh and Ms. Tran Thi Thu Thuy.

The appointment decision was handed over by the Central Organizing Committee's leaders on the afternoon of July 12, effective on the same day and for a period of 5 years.

Head of the Central Organizing Committee Pham Minh Chinh said that the candidates participating in the competition have relatively equal qualifications and abilities, and have carefully prepared research products to present to the Council. After 1.5 days of work, the Selection Council, consisting of leading experts with rich experience in the field of Party organization and building, selected the three best candidates.

"Scientific research is a difficult field, especially in the overall field of Party organization and building. Therefore, I hope that those appointed will promote their responsibility and capacity, contributing with the unit's leadership to build a united, clean, and strong collective," said Mr. Chinh.

The Head of the Central Organizing Committee affirmed that the recruitment of leadership positions is a major and correct policy of the Party and the State. This is also the fifth time the Central Organizing Committee has organized recruitment examinations for department, bureau and unit levels. "From the registration stage to the recruitment examination, everything is public, transparent and objective," Mr. Chinh emphasized.

On behalf of the newly appointed candidates, Mr. Le Viet Trung promised that in the coming time, together with the Institute's leaders, he will promote passion and enthusiasm to build the Institute of Organizational and Personnel Sciences to increasingly develop, becoming the leading research institute on Party organization and building.

The Institute of Organizational and Personnel Sciences is a public service unit under the Central Organization Committee, established in June 2019. The Institute has the function of summarizing practices, conducting scientific research, contributing to building theories, and serving as a basis for the Central Organization Committee to advise the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat on organizational work, cadres, party members, and internal political protection... The leadership of the Institute of Organizational and Personnel Sciences includes the director and no more than 3 deputy directors.

The selection council for the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of Organizational Science and Personnel consists of 12 people:
