Three women from the South practice 'two-finger' sex at markets in Vinh City
(Baonghean.vn) - They are mostly homeless people from Nha Trang and Saigon provinces who form a group that specializes in stealing property at markets and shopping centers.
On January 27, 2021, Vinh City Police said: The investigation agency has just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 3 subjects for property theft.

Previously, Nguyen Da Thao Chi (born in 1975; residing in Phuoc Tan ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province) met Nguyen Thi Mai (born in 1948; residing in district 11, Ho Chi Minh city) and Nguyen Thi Loan (born in 1955; residing in Vinh Hai ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province), where all 3 of them went to Vinh city (Nghe An) tothefttake personal property
Through initial investigation, the subjects confessed to having committed the following acts:
On December 29, 2020, all three took a bus and drove an old motorbike with license plate 79N2 - 00037 to Vinh City. Upon arrival, all three agreed that Nguyen Da Thao Chi would take Mai and Loan to the local market areas, then pretend to be buyers and commit theft. Chi would sell the stolen property and pay for food and motel rent.
On January 13, 2021, all three went to the wholesale market area in Hong Son ward, Vinh city. When they arrived at the fish stall inside the market, Loan discovered a woman shopping, with an OPPO phone in her pocket. Taking advantage of the crowd, Nguyen Thi Loan approached and quickly took the phone and escaped.
On January 14, 2021, Nguyen Thi Mai hired a taxi to go to Vinh University Market (Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City). Walking around the market, Mai saw an Iphone XS max in the jacket pocket of Ms. Le Thi Thanh H. (residing in Le Loi Ward, Vinh City). Taking advantage of the large number of shoppers, Mai approached and committed her act. Then she continued to go to Hung Dung Market to look for her "prey" but was unsuccessful.
On January 15, 2021, all three went to Quan Lau market. Entering the market, they saw an Iphone 6 in the jacket pocket of Ms. Nguyen Thi T. (residing in Hung Dung ward, Vinh city), so they approached and pretended to be a buyer and committed the theft. All of the above phone numbers were taken to a motel by Nguyen Da Thao Chi to hide. Before they could sell the stolen property, they were discovered by Vinh City police.

Through verification, the above group of subjects are mostly homeless people, without clear residence and often gather to steal in market areas as well as large shopping centers in provinces and cities.
The case is currently being investigated by Vinh City Police.
