From Nghi Loc to Vinh, arrested a subject for storing and trading drugs
(Baonghean.vn) - Nguyen Ngoc Duc brought drugs to Nghi Loc to sell to addicts but did not meet his partner and was arrested on his way home.
On January 19, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghi Loc District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Nguyen Ngoc Duc (born in 1995), residing in My Thanh block, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city, for the act of storing and illegally trading in drugs.

Previously, through intelligence work, Nghi Loc District Police discovered that a subject in Vinh City often brought drugs to Nghi Loc District to retail to addicts.
At noon on January 11, the working group of the Criminal - Economic - Drug Crime Investigation Police Team of Nghi Loc District Police determined that the subject was present in Nghi Van Commune to sell drugs. However, the subject could not meet the buyer so he returned. The working group closely followed and coordinated with Le Loi Ward Police to check the subject on Nguyen Truong To Street, through Block 12, Le Loi Ward.
Searching the subject, the authorities seized 2 packages of drugs, weighing 4.1 grams. At the investigation agency, the subject declared his name as Nguyen Ngoc Duc (born in 1995), residing in My Thanh block, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city.
Duc confessed that he bought the drugs from an unknown person in Vinh City with the purpose of retailing them to addicts in Vinh City and Nghi Loc District.
The incident is being further investigated by the authorities.
